30 Day Return Period

1. The customer can return new product purchases in like new condition for any reason within 30 days of delivery and will be provided a full refund. See refund details below.
2. The customer is responsible for return shipping via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Refunds

              Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

1. The customer must get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) case number before shipping the product. Please call or contact us at service@starkesound.com.
2. Returned products must arrive working, undamaged, with no cosmetic imperfections, and otherwise in like new condition.
3. Returned products must be complete in original undamaged and unmarked packaging with all accessories included.
4. Package must be sealed with clear packing tape. Duct tape or colored tape will not be accepted.
5. In the event that the returned item(s) arrive damaged due to shipping and handling, the customer is responsible for filing any claims with their courier.
6. All returned items will be carefully inspected and tested prior to awarding any refund. If the customer returns a product that has been damaged due to misuse or abuse, lightning strike, power surge, etc. it may not be entitled to a refund (full or partial). We reserve the right to refuse or accept the product.
7. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the item being refused or the customer may be charged a restocking fee.
8. Starke Sound products sold by an unauthorized third party or 2nd hand seller are considered to be null and void and are not eligible for returns or refund.
9. All B-Stock items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
